The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to establish a horizontal mechanism that allows for the coordination of Government of Canada efforts on innovation procurement initiatives and to set out the policy and criteria for the administration of financial assistance under the Innovative Solutions Canada program of the Department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED)
