Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and the Canadian Coast Guard, collectively referred to as Canada, are issuing this Request for Standing Offer for the purchase of Echo Sounder Systems, spare parts, perpetual licenses, training, commissioning, and engineering services. The Policy on Reciprocal Procurement applies to this solicitation. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers.
