This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number Doc5856896886, dated August 28, 2026 with a closing of September 22, 2026 at 2pm. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. PWGSC, on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND), is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of a tire changer including delivery, installation, commissioning and a training, located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (Quebec) Canada, as detailed in Annex Statement of Requirement.
