Number of Contracts: This bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for twenty (20) months.

The Director Aerospace Equipment Program Management (Radar and Communications Systems) [DAEPM(R&CS)] requires professional services support for the Air Force Command and Control Information Systems (AFCCIS) Capability Enhancement program. Services will support the full lifecycle of Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) command and control capabilities, including systems engineering, software development, systems integration, infrastructure modernization, and support for tactical and operational applications. This work will enable the design, implementation, sustainment, and enhancement of the networks, servers, data centres, and related technologies that support AFCCIS capabilities across the RCAF.

The TBIPS Method of Supply is a result of a formal competitive process which was established as a result of extensive consultations with industry. The Method of Supply provides suppliers with an on-going opportunity to become prequalified for participation in future bidding opportunities.
