• The Contractor must repair or replace defective, damaged, displaced, loose, unstable, deteriorated, non-compliant, or non-serviceable leased equipment or components at no additional cost to CSC, except where the contract expressly provides otherwise.
• Traditional construction warranty language should not be interpreted as transferring ownership of leased equipment to CSC.
• EIFW will remain operational during the Work. The Contractor must conduct all installation, service, inspection, maintenance, repair, removal, and restoration activities in a manner that minimizes disruption to institutional operations and maintains institutional security at all times.
• The Contractor must immediately contain, report, clean up, dispose of, remediate and restore impacts arising from contractor-caused spills or releases, at no additional cost to CSC.
• The Contractor must repair or restore areas damaged by the Contractor at no additional cost to CSC.
• The Contractor must comply with all lawful directions issued by authorized CSC institutional representatives relating to safety, security, access, escorting, tool control, material control, movement restrictions, and emergency operations.
• The Contractor must immediately report incidents, near misses, injuries, damage, spills, security concerns, and unsafe conditions to Project Authority.
